Hey Folks!!! Welcome to another Weight Loss Wednesday!!
If you are just joining the party, I have been following the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan for the last 5 weeks. Weight loss has been a steady average of about 2 pounds a week. Then…week 5 happened.
Week 5 was a bit of a disappointment. I played fast and loose with my points this week and slacked off on my tracking. If you want to know what the results are after a week like that…well…here’s the video. It’s also at the bottom of this post, because…well…I want to make it easy for you to watch it. (Insert smiles here)
In the past, I would let a “setback” like this discourage me and I maybe would let myself fall into old habits. I’m not going to do that. I have too much to lose! HA! See what I did there? Seriously though, there is more than just weight loss at stake here. So I’m going keep going! I know this program works if you put in the effort.
Next week is a new week! Onward and upward!! Or should I say downward? Anyway…see y’all next week! Muah!
